We conduct an initial requirements analysis

As with the introduction of any new system, implementing a modern e-marking solution requires careful planning. That's why we like to schedule an initial series of meetings and workshops to ensure we help you find the solution that's right for you.

These meetings take place around the world, and can either be held face-to-face or remotely. At this stage, we will also discuss how e-marking will fit with your longer term modernisation and e-assessment strategy.

Non-Live Piloting

Once your custom solution is in place, we run a non-live pilot to demonstrate the software

At this stage, we encourage our customers to gain hands-on user experience by trialling either the entire process or any part of it, on a number of ‘dummy’ scripts.

E-marking is a high-stakes process, so it’s important to get it right every time. Non-live piloting is essential to the effective trialling of your system, and can provide valuable insight, as well as problem-solving information.

Live Piloting

Next, we run a live-pilot session for your new software

Once you’re happy with the trial, we take one component and create a live e-marking pilot on a limited number of real scripts.

Fine Tuning

Now that the software is up and running, adoption at scale can begin

From the live pilot, we gradually increase the scripts and expand the scale of the process until it suits the full extent of your operation. We remain in constant contact with you throughout this process, and tailor the rate of adoption to an appropriate level that fits with your organisation's needs and risk appetite.
